How It All Started

Standing in the produce aisle of the grocery store, I often found myself torn between purchasing locally grown greens laden with pesticides or the organic options encased in plastic, shipped from across the country.

Always experimenting with various home-growing systems, none seemed to align with our aesthetic or practical goals. We wanted year-round produce, but didn’t want to sacrifice the space to house a greenhouse, the time for constant planting, and convenience of leaving room. Redible sprouted from a desire to live beautifully and healthfully without sacrificing interior design style.

What began as a solution for our own needs has blossomed into a vision: to make fresh, homegrown food a staple in every space, enhancing both beauty and sustainability in public spaces, restaurants, classrooms, and every home and kitchen wall
